Montana teaches from 1 Corinthians 3:9–15 that Jesus Christ is the only true foundation, urges everyone to be “Bereans” who test teaching by Scripture, and calls us to live with an eternal perspective because our works and motives will be tested “by fire” at the believer’s judgment (the Bema Seat) for rewards—not condemnation—distinct from the Great White Throne judgment for unbelievers; he challenges the church to build with what lasts through faithful obedience in everyday life and invites anyone who hasn’t to make Jesus their foundation today.
