Jesus Wins: Easter Sunday 2026

Today we boldly proclaim: Jesus wins! Through His death and resurrection, Christ has already achieved victory over sin, death, and the power of evil. Yet, we live in a world where suffering, pain, and brokenness still linger, prompting honest questions about how we reconcile Christ’s triumph with our daily struggles. Scripture assures us that Christ’s victory is secure and unshakable, even as we live in the tension between what has been accomplished and what is yet to be fully revealed. The pattern of resurrection—life from death—runs throughout the Bible, demonstrating that God’s plan was never improvisational, but intentional from the very beginning. In our “Saturdays” of waiting and uncertainty, the resurrection offers hope, reminding us that defeat was turned to victory and that our faith is anchored in a risen King. As we reflect on this truth, we are called to live with confident hope, faithful endurance, and a longing for our eternal home.
