Jesus asks the man to “take up his bed and walk”.  Obviously, He wanted to see if they would see the miracle or cry foul.  He could have said, “Leave your mat behind and get out of this place”.

“Ruth” is one of two biblical books named after a woman. The other is Esther. The book of Esther is the story of a Hebrew woman living in a Gentile land, while Ruth is the story of a Gentile woman living in the land of the Hebrews.

“The Christian that is first and foremost committed to the mission of Jesus Chris is a tremendous threat to the kingdom of darkness.”

The unborn life is not less valuable because it is less visible or deemed to be less viable.
