Jesus’s Galilean Ministry
This class is involved in a verse-by-verse study of the Book of Luke. This Gospel was written to a primarily Gentile audience, who would have often been people of little status or influence living in areas that we might call fly-over country. People like us. Luke shows Jesus ministering to those who were on the fringes of society – women, children, tax collectors, and lepers. This quarter, we will focus on the ending of Jesus’s Galilean ministry from approximately Luke 8:15 forward to the beginning of His march to Jerusalem. Each week is self-contained, which means you can jump into the class at any time. We invite you to join us in the chapel for snacks, a cup of coffee, and fellowship as we continue our study of this important and exciting book.
