Class Description
Luke’s Gospel
The Gospel of Luke was written by a non-Jew who, as far as any record shows, never met Jesus or ever heard him speak. Yet, despite never being an eyewitness to any of the events surrounding the life and events of Jesus, Luke still writes that he chose to follow Christ. Luke was an obviously educated man, and the book of Colossians tells us he was a physician. Using these skills, he provides us with an investigative report after interviewing everyone he could find who was with Jesus and was a witness to his ministry.
