The aroma of our spiritual sacrifices always ascends before God. The aroma of our life, words, and actions always exudes towards others. Our lives can be sweet-smelling aroma as we live sacrificially for the Lord.
The true test of our faith and obedience to Christ is how we extend mercy and restoration to those who previously wronged us.
Jesus has the highest place of authority above the angels, yet became lower than the angels to bring the highest salvation to the lowest of men.

Jesus asks the man to “take up his bed and walk”. Obviously, He wanted to see if they would see the miracle or cry foul. He could have said, “Leave your mat behind and get out of this place”.
